Who we are

The service
We provide intra-city transport and related offerings as described on our website and at the point of booking. Availability, coverage areas, and pricing may change. We aim to run a reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific wait times.
Accounts and eligibility
Where we offer accounts or applications, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep credentials confidential. You must meet any age and legal requirements stated at booking or onboarding. Drivers and investors are also subject to separate agreements and our Driver Guidelines and Investor Policy where applicable.
Rider conduct and safety
- Treat drivers and other passengers with respect.
- Follow reasonable safety instructions and seatbelt or helmet rules where required.
- Do not use our service for unlawful goods, harassment, or fraud.
- Pay agreed fares and charges through our authorised payment methods.
Fares, payments, and cancellations
Fares are shown or communicated before or at the time of service unless otherwise stated. Cancellation and no-show rules may apply. Refunds, if any, follow the policy communicated at booking or by support.
Intellectual property
Content on our website and materials we provide are owned by TransAfrica or our licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or misuse them without permission.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided "as is." We exclude implied warranties where allowed. Our total liability for claims arising from these Terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific trip or transaction giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months before the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable).
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TransAfrica and its officers, employees, and partners from claims arising out of your misuse of the service or breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Courts in Nigeria shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have under local consumer law.
Changes
We may modify these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. We may also post supplemental terms for specific products.
