Investor
policy.

How we align with people who fund fleet assets — transparency, communication, and the boundaries of what we can promise.

This Investor Policy describes how TransAfrica Mobility Ltd. ("TransAfrica," "we") typically engages with individuals or entities that provide capital for vehicles or related fleet assets we operate. It is informational and general; any specific investment is governed by a written agreement signed by both parties. Nothing here is financial, tax, or legal advice.

Our model

TransAfrica runs a managed tricycle operation: we coordinate vehicles, drivers, shifts, maintenance, and digital trip records. Investors typically fund the acquisition or placement of assets that enter this system. Economics, ownership structure, and return mechanics are defined in your contract, not on this page alone.

Transparency and reporting

  • We aim to provide clear, periodic reporting on asset utilisation, revenue attributed to the asset where applicable, and material operational events, as set out in your agreement.
  • Reports may be delivered digitally. You are responsible for keeping contact details and tax information accurate so we can reach you.
  • Past performance of similar assets does not guarantee future results.

Risk disclosure

  • Mobility businesses depend on regulation, fuel costs, demand, competition, and macroeconomic conditions.
  • Vehicles depreciate and require maintenance; accidents or downtime can affect returns.
  • Currency and inflation effects may impact nominal and real outcomes.
  • You should only commit capital you can afford to expose to these risks.

Communication

We assign investor-facing communication to designated team members. Please use official channels (for example info@transafrica.ng or the address in your agreement) rather than informal messages to individual staff for binding instructions.

Confidentiality

Materials we share with you about operations, finances, or other investors may be confidential. Do not share them publicly or with competitors without our consent, except as required by law.

Compliance

We expect investors to comply with applicable laws, including anti-money-laundering and sanctions rules. We may request identity or source-of-funds documentation before accepting funds or continuing a relationship.

Changes to this policy

We may update this general policy for clarity or to reflect evolving practice. Your signed agreement controls for your specific deal if anything differs from this summary.
